nonprofit organization founded in 1980 to create affordable
housing opportunities in Orange County, California.

Homebuyer's
Center
Orange
County has a severe housing crisis, and with only 31% of the
area population able to qualify for a home, those at or
below 80% the area median household income (AMI) are left
out of the picture.
To assist potential homebuyers, CCBHC established the
Orange County Homebuyer's Center, and formed a coalition of
community partners including lenders, title companies,
insurance firms, realtors, cities, Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac,
NAHREP, the Hispanic Chamber of Orange County, and
others.
The Center offers potential homebuyers a variety of
free services such as homebuyer education, down
payment assistance, lender pre-qualification, financial
literacy, etc., to potential homebuyers who earn less than
80% of AMI. (more on the

CCBHC & City of
Fullerton to produce affordable new home
project
CCBHC
and the City of Fullerton have teamed up to produce the
city's first ever land lease/affordable for sale project!
The project will create 8 single family homes, affordably
priced for families who are at 70 to 90% of AMI. Buyers will
purchase the home, with CCBHC holding a long term lease on
the land. All exterior facades, roofs, landscaping, and
common areas will be maintained by CCBHC in perpetuity.
